The following affirmations can be read at the end of the meeting as a closing. Typically, the Secretary will read the affirmation out loud and the rest of the meeting will then repeat it. Although they are all written below in the “I Am” form, we recommend reading down the left hand column first saying “I am…” and then reading down the right hand column saying “We are…”
