SLAA Men’s 12 Step Workshop Winter 2022

“Without Challenge, There Is No Growth”

The Santa Cruz California SLAA Fellowship is offering a 14-week 12-step workshop starting January 19, 2022. Meetings will be held Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm PST. The group is open to all who identify as men.

The 12 steps offer us a very effective and time-tested way to examine the how & why of our addictions, along with a path to uncover the underlying beliefs, choices and patterns that characterize the obsessive-compulsive nature of our addictive behaviors.

Please join us as we go through the 12 Steps of SLAA using a workbook developed by one of our members that draws upon our SLAA Basic Text, the Big Book of AA and the 12&12. For the sake of continuity, we ask that you commit to attending all meetings (barring sickness, personal emergencies, etc.). The workshop is also intended to serve as a platform to build and strengthen our connections with others in the group as we work through the 12 Steps together.

To join us, please register in advance by going to:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom providing a link to get on the meeting. We will send you a separate link to access workshop materials. Attending by video is strongly preferred, but if you don’t have a computer and/or have to attend by phone, please email us at and we will help you get registered. Donations for the workshop are not required but gladly accepted, and will be used to help carry the message to others.
